Bal Harbour is a small village nestled quietly between Sunny Isles Beach to the north and Miami Beach to the south.  Like the latter, Bal Harbour real estate is considered upscale and there are several Bal Harbour condos in addition to homes both inland and near the waterfront available for purchase.  Due to the smaller size, Bal Harbour arguably offers a greater degree of privacy than Miami Beach or Sunny Isles Beach.

Some of the more notable Bal Harbour condos include St Regis Bal Harbour and the condo-hotel of One Bal Harbour.  Although condos are more abundant, several single family homes are also available. The biggest draw in terms of shopping is the Bal Harbour Shops  Unlike traditional malls, this one is comprised largely of the finest boutiques and fashion houses in the world like Chanel, Roberto Cavalli, Versace and more.  You can visit the beach near the eastern side of Bal Harbour or explore the sands of Miami Beach and Sunny Isles Beach.
